I've dealt with Impact for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Prompt service, helpful and professional!

Went hear to get shirts printed hear and I'm extremely disappointed they said 40 dollars a shirt plus tax and had 7 shirts to get done which came to over 300 dollar's and I had the shirts with me that was just for printing I felt that this was discrimination because she whispered something to the manager and the employee covered her mouth and said how much do u want to charge for that the other stuff what the employee said didn't hear but I was respectful to them even thow they were extremely unprofessional how this place stays in business is beyond me but I found another place which is cheaper gonna get more shirts done too at this other place next month or too if they turn out good review by Eric

I trust Impact Promotions 100% , I have dealt with them over the years and I will continue to do so . All of their staff are extremely knowledgeable and very professional . From the help I received to help me create the right logo to the proper color choices to use , this company is all about The Customer Comes First" . I contacted other embroidery companies in Thunder Bay when I was looking for quotes to have my logo and my orders filled .
