Showed up at the store and store was close during normal posted business hours. I called the number and was told the store was closed because they were out doing repair.

Not really awesome to get somewhere that’s supposed to be open, says 9:30 to 3:00 here but on the window it says 10:00 to 4:00, you get there at 2:30 but it’s closed, with the keys in the lock on the other side of the door... I do know for a fact that they have the part I need, but if you can’t get to it, what’s the use? What, now, we have to make an appointment in order to get an insulated electric toaster wire? Are you KIDDING ME?????

Excellent service and very quick :) . I called a Monday afternoon about my oven that stopped working and they came at 5pm the same day, even with a big snowstorm. Super friendly and honest and the price was reasonable. 10/10 recommend.

Called Bibi and he was in my apartment within two hours. He was polite and friendly, took some time to have a look at my washer, and then unfortunately told me the repair would be too pricey (as the timer was broken). He was considerate enough to let me know how much the repair would be if I wanted to get it done, before starting to do anything without my consent. I passed on the repair and decided to get a new washer instead, but still really appreciate Bibi's service!

Went into the store on a Saturday afternoon, and he was at my apartment to repair my washing machine that evening. He was friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall service was fast, affordable, and pleasant.

Bibi was incredible! Within hours of my call, he was at my home and the whole repair took very little time. He was very efficient, and prices are affordable. He will be the first I call in the future if I have any further issues. Thanks Bibi!

Do not go there for parts. I called ahead about parts and he said they had them and I just should simply bring in the two broken parts. I thought I was in luck. Instead it took me an hour to get there. I arrived, he asked me if I checked the price (I said no), then he told me it would be about $500, then I said that was ridiculous he told me it would be about $300 but even then he didn't actually have the parts and said that he would do the work to find it, but didn't want to do the work if I wasn't willing to pay that. He found a couple old parts in the store and asked me if they matched (I wondered why he would ask me if they matched as I am not a technician, but it was obvious they didn't match and finally he said they were different and wouldn't work)... I left, I went online myself and ordered the parts for less than $100 each including shipping. When I called him before going there, he should have helped me to find the number of the part (or asked me to send a photo) and not make me waste my time going to the store. I have no idea if they are good at fixing things, but I definitely would not go to them for parts.

Just went for some cables and the owner is complete arrogant person with 0 costumer service. Better shop somewhere else. I am wasting my time talking to you right now" is what he told us when we asked him for parts. We put 1 star because we can't put negative stars."

I showed up on a friday evening at 5, i had two appliances to get repaired. He showed up at my house at 6 the same evening, and by 7 he was done. Everything has been working just fine since, the cost was very reasonable, the service excellent. Very friendly man, very professional, he has a lot of experience and has been opened for many years. Without a doubt, he will get my business next time something breaks. Thank you!
