Denise at Johnston Meier in Coquitlam is very knowledgeable, helpful, and customer focused. I have been dealing with her for years and am always happy.

Do not recommend this company. We used this company for 3 years until last year (2021), there was an accident that we need to claim the insurance. When we approached to the company, the agent only tried to find the gaps so that the company doesn’t have to cover the damage. We sent the information and details to explain and they said they need to check, but they disappeared. After we paid for all the damage by ourselves, they just reached out to re-contract. Just want to remind everyone, think about it before purchasing the insurance with this company. If you want someone to take care of, or to help when the there is an issues, this company is not an answer.
