I contact them first, they say i need to go see them for a appointment, I went to see them to explain my tattoo design, after she told me I need to make a deposit to reserve, went back home to get the money...I lived pretty far and gas is expensive...Got back and she told me that she finally can't do my project and will transfer me to another artist..It's been a week I'm still waiting...Really pathetic.

Brought my nieces who wanted to get pierced together...(one belly button, one nose) and change jewelery for each on other piercings (one belly button, one septum) the woman who took care of us was amazing. She was super professional, kind and efficient. Took great care to explain what would happen and after care. Highly recommend!!I can't remember her name but I'm attaching a photo

I recently had a tattoo done by Isabelle. And I could not be happier. It's exactly what we had discussed during the initial meeting. She is great at her work....and very friendly. The environment is clean and welcoming. I will definitely return for another tattoo.

Got two piercings done at this shop and the lady didn't pierce the right spots and I had to take them out because they were never going to fully heal. Went to consult at three different shops because no barbell would fit and eventually had another piercer look at them and I found out why I couldn't find the right size barbell. I spent over 100$ for these piercings.
