Just received my order from StoneHouse, what a wonderful treat to come home to after a rather strenuous day. I asked Kelly a question she replied instantly and then placed my order late Saturday night and received it today Wednesday thank you for the amazing service, just sitting down with a cup of Blue Butterfly tea now. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Payment was made but there was a misunderstanding with it and when I expressed my disappointment with how the situation was handled my order was cancelled.I was polite and graceful and no where in any of Kelly’s email when requesting for payment did she clarify payment needed to be made under the sameName as the person ordering. To clarify I have a made a previous order with her a month ago and paid the same way and had no difficulties.

Kelly is dangerously misinformed and will prioritize her ego over your safety, with zero accountability. This woman is dangerous, I would not trust her with my health - she has no business taking clients as an herbalist and is a fraud. Find a more reputable herbalist, don't give your money to this scammer you could get really hurt.

I have stocked many of Kelly's products in my store to include in my baskets. They are fabulous!!! Kelly is a sweetheart and has a true passion for her craft. Her soaps are 'delicious' too, so many 'flavours' to choose from! lol.

I would wonder if those with negative reviews are posting for personal benefit as myself and family members have made monthly visits to her still room with nothing but positive results. 3rd time ordering, All times received my order well, neatly Packaged and with great care.. including a personal noteI ordered the hollyhock syrup, elderberry tincture and black cohosh tincture for the 2nd timeThis time I added a few tea’s for this coming cold season and fever comfort to use instead of Tylenol and advilHer website explains very well how to use each product and where it it good for.. including Lots of links to different websitesKelly is very knowledgeable and passionate in her field. I fully trust her and her productsI love watching and learning from her instagram Post and videosAll the best Kelly !
