Have made 3 purchases with them everything came extremely well packaged very safe nothing damaged. First 2 orders were during covid couldn't get to the local head shop made an order was really happy so made another shortly after both came with bonus gifts dab mat stickers and stuff. On my recent order got a 6 Gear rig for $67.50 were local would have been $149.99 so was really happy. Customer service was excellent when unfortunately 1 of the 2 last tortoise crab caps I ordered I think Empire Glassworks had no lower air hole only the top one hahahahaha ffs it was sealed individually the plastic was harder to see through don't blame them though they said they definitely be more careful when they get more in and refunded of them right away back to my CC. I've had wonderful experiences with them and will definitely be returning for the Gear dab tool kit and other glass at amazing prices people I highly recommend them everyone go check them out see what you think."

They always pack fragiles very well. They throw in lots of little extra perks and gifts usually and very reasonable and diligent resolving any issues I've had and they are a Canadian company! What's not to like. I highly highly recommend these guys great quality products at great prices quick shipping and great selection don't hesitate to order with these folks you won't regret it!

I was looking for a specific product. The photograph shown was the correct product. But what was delivered was a product I could have gotten at more than half the price. The sipping was way over priced but paid because they showed he correct product. Don't trust this shop.
