Stratford Subaru always provides top notch service! Right from the time of booking, the staff are always friendly, courteous, and understanding of their customers needs! They are especially accommodating booking appointments! So much so that we started going to their dealership which is much further away instead of London Subaru which always seemed to be so busy it was always a hassle to book an appointment there no matter what the problem was. They are fast and efficient getting you in and out on time and take the time to explain your services in detail! if they have time they usually do a complimentary car wash as well! Great service Stratford Team!

The Service Department here is excellent. The personnel are polite, knowledgeable and professional in their conduct. Appointments are always within 10 minutes of the scheduled time which connotes good management. There is the added bonus of a complimentary car wash down with each visit too. I like and trust this Service Department (almost unheard of in the car retail industry!). I thoroughly recommend them.

This was my first experience at Stratford Subaru. I find them very professional in their approach. Kyle was great in helping me out with the issue I had with my Forester. I don’t mind driving from Kitchener to Stratford for my regular 10k services as well going forward.

Fantastic service. One time got me in same day for a flat tire and didn’t charge me (classy). This last time got me in next day for oil and air filter change, flagged a new repair and fixed it very quickly. Very proactive with the care of my vehicle, but not pushing things I don’t need.

Tires were semi-annual switch from Winter to Summer; Oil change was per schedule. The A/C repair was for a 'humming' fan; recommendation was to replace the blower motor. Part had to be ordered & was completed quickly, in 2-days. We are very happy with the Stratford Subaru Service Team! Their service coordinator is a large part of our positive feedback.

Good people. Fast service. A delightful experience compared to those nasty Toronto dealerships.
