The Spa 654 Club

I disagree with Sreenath VP, I have been a customer of The Spa 654 Club for years, and the staff at this business are completely professional and very good at their job. I have always had proper draping, and the correct amount of oil and pressure when receiving a massage. Staff have always asked if the pressure is too much or not. I have always been greeted by friendly faces and very professional staff. The Service is top-notch. I highly recommend this place for any spa-related services that you require.

Been coming here every 3 weeks or so for over a year! They have fixed my acne scared skin! Also the owner is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet

Got the ultimate package and they rubbed the slimy body lotion all through our hair. I felt disgusting afterwards. I get that it’s a “scalp massage” but you don’t have to rub generic body lotion into peoples hair. I had plans after I had to cancel because it looked like I was a greasy, dirty mess.

My fiancé & I come here monthly for the massage. Anna & Lindsey consistently provide great service, as well as just the right amount of pressure during the treatment.We enjoy coming here regularly!

Went for a couples massage and it was a great experience at this spa. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were kind and gentle, and the rooms were relaxing as well. The oils used were great, not strong smelling like other spas I've been too, which was great! We had the hot stone package and it was fantastic, both my boyfriend and I left feelings relaxed and stress free! I highly recommend!

The appointment was cancelled last minute and rescheduled 4 weeks later stating masseuse's unavailability. Finally I turned up after 4 weeks only to be told that she is double booked and was assigned a different lady. The massage was terrible as she was literally spreading oil/cream on my body just like marinating meat! No pressure at all! I asked her to increase pressure a bit but she responded stating that was her limit beyond which her fingers would break and this was supposed to be a relaxation massage and not deep tissue. I very well knew I can't expect RMT standards so had kept my expectations low but this was way below that. Utter waste of time and money. With an extra 30-40 bucks, I could have got an RMT massage from a therapist. Deeply regret the decision.

We return again and again for hair cut and style expertise. My family has very curly hair and they have always received very beautiful results. I have tried their manicure and pedicure services and was extremely happy!

Went for Botox treatment and with the result of having one eyebrow higher than the other. Made another appointment to see the physician, waited two hours and to be told that nothing could be done!

I booked an appointment for a fill on my gel nails 2 weeks in advance, ALL information was given! I get a call at 8:22 pm on Wednesday 3 days before the appointment and they said the tech will need longer than they booked so they couldn't get me in anymore. I am not one to complain but why 3 days before? Can't get in anywhere before the 4th of June on a Saturday.
