Last year I ordered my sons cakes for there birthday, they are twins and each wanted a different cake. I placed my order two weeks in advance and the day before i was to pick up they called and said they couldn’t do my cakes because the printing machine was broken. no offer to try and find a solution just we can’t do your cakes but you can get one of the ones out of the fridge.fast forward to this year i called to place a order thinking maybe i would get cakes and have no issue especially since the kids didn’t want any special theme just different colour icing. When i called Thursday at 4 asking if i could order two 10” cakes for saturday at 2 she told me that wasn’t 48 hours and that she is to busy to do them anyway.funny called a different dq in the city and had no problem helping me out. Poor customer service.

Ordered through skip. Usually we are pretty reasonable knowing we are ordering ice cream for delivery. The blizzard was all shoved and stuck at the very bottom of the cup like it wasn’t stirred. Also ordered a box of buster bars… A BOX. They came all separately and tasted freezer burnt like they were old so they just threw them in the bag. I was actually really disappointed. Will not order again from this Dairy Queen. Also looking at the other reviews wont be going in either.

Great spot. It's clean, has friendly staff and the food is excellent for it being fast food. Don't forget the ice cream. I don't do it often, but when I do it's a large blizzard that's sooo good but probably 4000 calories.

What can I say I am horrified I was hoping to order a meal with my ice cream but when I saw employees handling sandwiches with their bare hands in the kitchen I was disgusted! This is a franchise! And making food with your bare hands is Health and Safety Hazard 101! Do better Shawnessy DQ

It’s bad enough that it’s $7 now for a small blizzard, but to have it pouring down the side when they hand it to you, they take it back and wipe it, and then it’s continuing to drip down the sides into my cup holder, and then I have to spend 10 minutes when I get home to clean it, is frustrating. Then when I go to eat it, it’s a melted soupy mess, pouring onto my counter when I take the lid off, and the other one I ordered isn’t. Some quality control would be nice.

One of the managers was extremely rude to me when I asked for a free Blizzard (company policy is that a free Blizzard must be given if the employee fails to flip the Blizzard). I may have been a little pushy, but that doesn't excuse her behavior. Only reason this is getting 2 stars is because all other staff were extremely friendly.

This place used to be great. Food looks good but the taste is not. The restrooms need to be clean, the smell is gross. May be with a little more of care and team work this can get better. The tables and the floors are clean.

Came on to sit down and eat. I walked into the cleanest Daory Queen I've ever seen. It smelled clean, it was busy and this incredible team was pumping out food like it was nothing. I received my order immediately. I don't even know who to tell except for anyone ready reviews. Good job to all these young people. Bright futures happening for them. 5 stars

Every single time I order blizzards off skip the dishes they are completely melted and it takes no less than 45 minutes for the order to get to my place even though I am less than 15 minutes away from this location. Seriously feels like they make the skip blizzards as soon as possible to purposely let them melt. Do better
