I went to the Wave clinic for the first time today. It can be stressful to visit the dentist. The staff is professional and they put all my worries to ease instantly. They were sooooo gentle! It was very thorough and painless. They answered all of my questions. I was able to book my follow ups for restoration services extremely quick! There are absolutely no surprises and no hidden fees! I highly recommend the clinic to anyone that needs to save money.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a dental clinic. Initially the first 3 appointments went well. The screening and waiting is very frustrating but overall they do their best. The issue started when a filling next to my Wisdom tooth got worked on and the main doctor was verybaggressver and lacked sensitivity when working in my mouth. I was fully numb but who can't fell when your cheek is being pulled left and right to insert wedges".Long story short l

Instructors and staffs are very friendly and professional . Students tried their best to do their jobs ... but will i go back for dental cleaning ? Probably not !!! 4 - 7 of 2 hours visits are too time consuming, unless you have so much time on hand . And the procedure was quite extensive , It included doing impressions of my mouth which almost knocked my teeth off by the student !!!I paid $20 for the cleaning, $20 for exam and $40 for full xray . Price sounds affordable but remember to factor in 7x transportation costs (42.00 in my case ) unless you live around the area .So basically it became as expensive as just getting a cleaning done in a community dental clinic or a dental hygiene clinic which it wouldn't have taken so much time and more professional and comfortable !

Do not bother. The receptionist needs to be fired. They don't pick up their phone. I've called over 100 times today alone.

Very slow services, takes 4-6 appointment just for scaling . did not started working on my teeth until 3rd appointment. 1st and 2nd appointment is just for screening and history. Did Unnecessary xray for all of my teeth for educational purposes ( cost me 40$, and sore gums) . all the services I have done here with 6 appointment can be done in a community clinic with in 50-150 $ in one appointment. If you have ample of time and energy to spend in dental clinic then it will be a good option.

Poor service. This is actually based on my uncle's experience (denture clinic). He lives 3 hrs from the clinic but went because the costs are lower and he is on a fixed income. 12 visits in and still no dentures. He has to pay $80 round trip for the bus to get there...you do the math. It would have been much cheaper to have them done here by a professional denturist- lesson learned. Also the visits are only 1.5-2 hrs long....and he spends 4 hrs one way on the bus. Not even an apology or offer of compensation. Extremely disappointed in this program. My uncle is too nice to complain but I want to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

As others said before, ya it takes several appointments for a cleaning. But like… come on. They are so upfront about that, these are students learning to become future dentists and quite honestly the place is so damn clean and hygienic. If you’re looking for an inexpensive and high quality job, this is the place, again multiple appointments but you don’t pay for speed here.I’m a repeat patient and I do this because they are super friendly and it feels great to help a student out to get their certification.
