Nelson Carwash

Shampoo/vaccum says $2/5 minutes but only gives 2:30 of shampoo. Which comes out so slow out of such and old clunky and ineffective wand..I got half of one seat clean for $4.The attendant was really nice but invest your money in a shampoo vac for your home.

The car wash was unfortunately not in good repair. The spray hoze almost exploded from a massive bulge in the hoze near the handle. Also the nozzle was bent out of shape, and the scrub brush is not usable, full of rocks and debris, looks worn out. This is not the first time I have had an issue, another time my cloths and hands were stained completely blue from the soap in the brush, it took a few days of washing to get the blue color off my hands. My cloths were permanently stained. Normally there is no issues, is it because people just wreck everything these days?

Not too much of a line up after I got back from Cranbrook with a super dirty car. Odd that it's a long bay that fits two vehicles. So if the first car finishes quickly, you have to wait for the second car to finish to drive in because there's only one entrance to the bay.

The best car wash around! Staff was very polite and helpful. The touchless wash got all the salt and grime off my truck in the winter, which not only made my vehicle shine but also prevented rust on my frame. Would highly recommend!

Expensive at 1$ per minute. Pressure washer has very low pressure . Disapointing

Quick and easy there was a bit of a lineup but went very fast on a nice sunny day

I hate to leave this review, as I frequent this car wash 1-2 times per week but I am constantly frustrated by this place. After using the soap function in the manual wash bays and then turning to rinse, there is still soap coming out of the wash gun after 2-3 minutes of spray time. It’s unfortunate that I need to sit on the clock and pay for this transition time when I’m paying for it the whole time. Next, the hoses are constantly leaking all over the place at the fittings, one or more of the bays is down for repairs very frequently, and the hard coily hose on the foam brush whips your vehicle and smacks the paint as soon as you start any back and forth scrubbing motion with the brush and catches on every protruding edge of the vehicle. Pressure is also considerably weaker than any car wash in the Kootenay’s. Great location and it gets the job done but could definitely use some major optimization.

Basic design car wash and the tri coat protection doesn't dispense well so you do tend to feel ripped off. Overall does a good enough job.

Always clean, professional and friendly. Today in particular was a stellar example of the care and professionalism of this establishment...There is a man who refuses to wear a mask, or shoes when he uses the laundromat. Rather than fighting and putting up a fuss, the staff found me sitting in my truck where I was waiting as the washing machine to run its cycle. The staff kindly explained the situation and told me the man would load his machines and leave. They said if I am at all uncomfortable, to let them know and they would act on my behalf to ensure my safety and comfort. In that moment I felt protected and like I mattered, not just for my business but as a human being that matters. And what a beautiful gesture to help this man also feel seen and heard, respected and not judged. WOW! I am blown away by the proactive professional careing way this situation was dealt with and the extra care and attention I was shown. I truly love this place. Good vibes all the way!
