Mr. Lube + Tires

The only reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t give 0. Worst service and worst customer service I have ever experienced

I want to thank you all for your help; because of you I just made it home safe from the leak in my jeep! If it wasn’t for you I would have never made it!

Great service. Rebalanced my tires properly when the tireshop i bought them from told me my rim was bent and he couldnt balance the tires properly. They were able to perfectly balance them and assure me that my rim was in fact NOT bent

We waited 45 minutes to go inside for tire puncture. Finally when our turn came in , guy said this spot doesn’t have jack to lift the car, you have to go back out and wait in line again go to another spot. What the hell , like what ? Is this customer service ? Moreover only 2 spots were working , 3rd one they had their car standing there (i mean they closed that lane). Please guys you really need to improve the service.

I just spent the better part of my day off to change my own oil 3 days after I had gone for an oil change at Mr. Lube 120$ later, turns out they hadn’t actually changed my oil they topped it up and said that they had changed my oil. The only reason I figured this out was my check engine light came on. I would never bring anything to mr. Lube ever again this is unacceptable. (Photo attached is supposedly 3 day old oil).

Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours during pick seasons, and also, they charge you about $10-20 extra for this walk-in service. Overall, folks are good.

These guys are evil. They are 100% scammers! They told me I need a coolant flush that the fluid was Black Black" and we need a $140 flush. I went out to confirm and he showed the fluid and no it's clear

I brought my truck for a oil change last month at Mr.Lube Dieppe. A couple days later I notice it leaking and my check engine light came on, I called the Mr.Lube yesterday and made a complaint and the manager did come and check it out etc.But they did not do there Job's correctly! They told me the seal in the oil pan broke, And I had to bring it to a mechanic to fix it ASAP. I brought it to my mechanic and it was the filter it's self!! Oil was leaking through very slowly so he said the cap was not on right and the only way for that to even break and leak like that was due to over filling. Lost my service BIG TIME and will be trying to contact the BOSS. Start hiring people who know what they are doing!

The wait at this location has been longer and longer per vehicle in the last 3 years since I started going there. Service started off ok but declined a lot the last 3+ visits.The kids working there are more interested in socializing with one another or their buddies dropping by than doing the actual oil change. They go in between cars, forgetting which one they were working on it seems. The guy working on it today was especially distractible.Today, I brought my own synthetic oil. The young employee didn't bring by the dipstick so I could check the level since he didn't seem too sure how much of the gallon of oil had to be put in (it's about 80-90% of the gallon). After asking to check the oil level, I asked for the remaining gallon back. The employee couldn't find the original cap so grabbed another ill-fitting cap. As he was about to put the gallon in the trunk, I asked if the cap was secure. He wiggled it far left and right and said it was secure.Not trusting him as I could clearly see the cap didn't fit, I asked for the gallon and turned it upside down. Oil came gushing out as the cap fell immediately. Had I not asked, he oil would have tipped over and fallen all over my trunk and everything in it.Will not be returning to that location for that reason alone, though I was already considering switching to my mechanic for oil changes given the staff at Mr Lube don't seem overly committed to thoroughness or high caliber service.In addition, based on my last 3-4 visits, the staff can't be bothered to do the courtesy check" or do without the customer asking:- check tire pressure- top up window washer fluid- wash windows- check battery
