Fraser's Towing and Recovery
Lost control of my truck during a winter storm and ended up stuck in 3 feet of snow in the ditch. I called Frasers for a tow and from the moment they answered the call to the moment I was back on the road was a phenomenal experience! They were fast, efficient, friendly, helpful and most importantly made me feel calm and safe. Johnny was super friendly and let me know what was happening every step. I was back on the road in no time!! I hope I'm never in that situation again, but I know who my first call will be!! Thank you!

Amazing and fast service and amazing customer service . I drive a lowered sport car that need to go a flatbed bc it wouldnt start. Alex was super fast to get there . And had all the tools to make sure my car got on the flatbed without damage done to my bumper and drop if off at my house where i wanted it . And even made sure the car had no damage before he left .10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody .

I was involved in an accident and Fraser’s towing was very quick and easy to work with. I have been chatting back and forth with Katie about my truck. She is a very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Katie would let me know what’s happening every step of the way. They are all great people to work with.

Fraser's Towing and Recovery
Not sure if there's been an ownership change, but go with Dwaine's Towing out of Renfrew instead. Called to see if they would be able to move a small ice shack. (45 minutes from Arnprior). Gave us the complete run around when they've done the exact job for us before. Eventually told us they couldnt do it for less than $750. Dwaine's Towing did the same job for less than half the price.

I’ve been using this business, Northwest Auto for all my repairs, parts and Fraser’s Towing. The dispatcher, Katie Boomhower is amazing and provides fantastic service. Katie never leaves me stranded, immediate response, always looking for perfect prices and goes the extra mile to provide the excellent customer service. She dispatches towing with speedy service and follows up to ensure safety. Super friendly. A great asset. Thanks Katie.

Fraser's Towing and Recovery
Called Fraser's after being rear-ended and unable to drive my vehicle. It was a holiday Monday and at first they didn't think they could get someone out to me as I was about an hour from town. We explained that I was stuck, an hour from home, no family nearby and no way to get home. They managed to make it work and had someone out to me as soon as they could. The driver was professional, courteous, and kept my spirits high with some nice conversation for the drive home. I am forever grateful to them for helping when I was stuck. I would highly recommend Fraser's Towing to anyone.

I came to Fraser's through my Roadside Assistance Program. The young man got to our location exceptionally quickly. He was so kind, my 5 year old cousin was very interested and got shown how the controls work and how the vehicle was moved onto the flatbed. Amazing service, would highly recommend!

Breakdowns always happen at the most inconvenient times, especially when running a logistics business. Fraser’s towing took care of our mishap in a professional and responsible manner. When we called, we were speaking with Katie. She was so very professional! Put us at ease the second we requested the service with a no problem attitude! I have used companies like this before in the past and had terrible experiences really because of the representative I spoke to over the phone. When dealing with Fraser's I was lucky enough to encounter Katie. She was very patient and courteous, kind, and appeared genuinely concerned with any issue or question I may had. I would highly recommend this company do anyone looking for fuel delivery, car towing, Battery Service and more!

My hubby's truck got a flat on the side of the Highway, we have never used Fraser's services before but was recommended to us by Canadian Tire, I do not regret this decision one bit! They were there in less than 20 minutes and the driver had such good customer service, we couldn't believe it. His name was Phil, I would like to say a huge thank you to Phil for his friendly service. I highly recommended this company if you are stranded.
