Clean and friendly. This is not a huge Rona, so the choice of products might be a bit less compared to other Rona, but still a nice place to fine something you need.

This is one of my favourite hardware stores - I’ve generally love Rona because their customer service is absolutely top-notch & this outlet is no different.I’m English but always try to speak French, and the folks are very appreciative of that.

Shameless business, in mid of the pandemic but not caring for customers or employees. They promise contactless curbside delivery but a complete failure. Employees come to the car (at best 30 CM away) not wearing mask handing over the paper and asking for Id, then you need to proceed to receive the product same process as staff will check the paper with 30cm away without any mask or gloves. Shame Rona!!

I purchased a power washer five days ago. It wouldn't start so had an electrician in to perform other work and he checked, he said it was the motor. I never even got it to start so tried to return it. They said no that even if it was under 30 days it is up to the discretion of the store. I then called the manufacturer she she indicated that I can return it to the store and the store can then give the defective merchandise to the dealer rep. Rona just refused, I guess it's too much paperwork for them. I will never return to this store.

Great customer service .. Bianca helped me and she went above and beyond.. great staff .. only think is something they are not the cheapest hardware store .. but they make up for it with the service .. u like home depot
