Close to YVR outlet. A place for dine-in after a shopping day. From the restaurant can see float plane arrive and depart. They have free car parking out side the door and also a lot in the parking lot on the opposite street.Ordered Chicken Wings in Lemon Pepper favor, Cajun Prawn Linguini, the drink is Mimosa. They are ok but I’m expecting more for such a high score restaurant.

It's a great place to eat out at!! Even if you're not catching a flight, it's worth visiting for a bite and beverage! The food is delicious, the service is friendly and the views are great! Having the float planes taking off and landing is a wonderful backdrop. The flight check-in also has a wonderful gift shop.

We had an enjoyable lunch facing the water, watching float planes arrive and depart. First off, there’s a free parking lot across the street if you can’t get parking in front of the building. There was a line when we got there on a Saturday at around 11:30, but people were seated quickly. Too bad we missed the cut-off time for breakfast (11:30). However, their daily special was a delicious juicy beef and pork belly burger with a choice of salad, soup or fries. The Caesar salad I had was excellent! And the fries someone else had were light and crispy. Lastly, the server was friendly and accommodating.

This was the first time for me to come here and It was very busy Thursday evening.About 10 minutes wait at 5, fast and friendly service, great foods (Thursday special steak dinner was $21!) and nice views watching seaplane.I really enjoyed. Limited parking at the front but huge parking across the street and No parking issues.Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful hidden waterside restaurant which also functions as the terminal for Harbour Air. They serve a good assortment of Canadian favorites (read multicultural) from burgers to fish and chips to poke and vegan dishes even a carnivore would eat. They have a very friendly and attentive crew. One of the best breakfast places in Richmond. They're also open late but they only make appetizers from 9PM to 1030 and drinks from 1030 until closing.

Ordered butter chicken and Surf&Turf. There always seems to a wait as the place was full of people. Majority retired folks. We were seated at an empty table after a 20-min wait. No one stopped by for awhile, so we waited only to realize that the table was supposed to be set up already with the menu, cutlery, and S&P shakers.I wouldn't suggest any non-European foods. I was told by the waitress that the butter chicken would be spicy and sweet. It was not spicy at all. It tasted more like sweet tomato soup with a hint of cumin.if you tell yourself it is tomato risotto, it isn't too bad. Naan was hard, it tasted like they used pizza crust dough to make them. Mimosa was lukewarm in comparison to another cocktail we got.I'm not sure if the food was worth over $20 per dish. Also not sure how the burgers were, but it looked like a lot of the folks were ordering burgers. Maybe the place is known for their burgers, but too bad I won't be returning. All in all, the 4.4 star review on Google is questionable to me personally. I wanted to give 2.5 stars, but that's not an options so here it is.Potato skins were pretty good. I recommend ordering with pulled pork.

Good pub food with a view. If you're flying in/out it's worth having a meal but personally wouldn't come just for a meal again. Lots of parking (across the street). Had a very wide selection of options on the menu and they kept it simple but good.A few things that disappointed were the cutlery cleanliness, small tables (gets really cramped when eating), uncomfortably chairs (inside), and the house salad.

They don't take reservations, but the line was not long on a Thursday around 6 pm. It was one of the hottest days of the year, the restaurant was full house, so it was a bit hot.The food was tasty, and the service was good. We were lucky to get a parking spot in front of the restaurant. There's also a parking lot across the street.

This is a unique experience where you can have a drink and a burger while enjoying watching sea planes land and take off. We went here with children, and they loved it. It was a great experience for us while visiting the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by The Flying Beaver. I stopped for lunch with a group of 5. I ended up ordering the grilled seafood and rice plate. I ended up substituting my rice for a garden salad. I also ordered a drink. The food was flavourful well seasoned. My grill came with cod, shrimp and salmon. The salmon was slightly overcooked but didn’t take away from the overall dish. The servings were generous. And the service was great. Our party was able to get a table right away. A slight downside was the parking. There is limited parking in the restaurant lot but you can park across the street directly in front of the restaurant. We found this out when we asked inside the restaurant. The restaurant seems to be a popular spot as the water planes dock directly beneath the restaurant. Overall a great spot for dining or a drink.
