Today i.e. May/24/2023, me and my friend went here for brunch @2:00pm. We ordered One Bangkok wrap and Baja Chicken Quesadilla but both were not upto the mark as compared to other locations. First of all, we informed them we are here to dine in and they just served the food in disposable boxes instead of giving crockery for dining in. Secondly, the quesadilla was very soft and not even warmed up properly, very less amount of cheese, veggies, chicken due to which everything fell out of quesadilla and later we were left out to eat the stuff fallen out in box with our hands. It was hard to take even a bite of quesadilla as everything was falling out from it. I could have taken picture of fallen stuff but my hands were dirty. Lastly, the wrap was also not wrapped properly, it was very lose and stuff was coming out from the wrap. We have tried other locations, but this one is worst and will not go next time also recommend my friends not visit here, if you are spending 30-40$ and still not getting the satisfactory food then whats the fun of spending.

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, received a full size Caesar salad. When I told them that I had originally ordered a Caesar wrap they said give me the salad, then dumped half the salad out in the garbage and half on my “wrap” . I thought whatever….. but then it hit me! That food was perfectly fine and should NOT have been thrown away right in front of me… not only that but I payed MORE for the salad than the wrap costed so they threw away food I payed for… just upsetting that they wouldn’t try to save some of that food or at least offer it to me because I understand cross contamination. I told them about this and they didn’t care to make it right.

The young lady at the till tonight had no personality. Acted like she hated her job...my son took me for A late Mothers Day supper and we almost walked out but wanted to eat at Chop cause its been awhile. Ordered 2 Southwest Salads and there was no cheese on them.....1 tiny pita chip the size of my thumb nail on each....the chicken was A portion of the palm of my small hand. 5 half pieces of chicken each...not grilled just white chicken. Always loved Chopped Leaf and was excited.. but what A dissapointment not only with the service and unwelcomming...we wanted to eat in but not with that kind of welcomming. Awful! I called the store 4 times to A full answering machine to A fax sound. It was not busy and 7:30 Im sure they could answer the phone. But clearly the deminiour told Everything tonight.

This location has stopped answering the phone. I call every now and again to make a takeout order so I don’t have to wait while they make my food. It’s not one busy day, it’s been going on for the past month l. Why have a phone if you’re not going to answer? I guess I’ll have to find a new spot for a good wrap. DisappointedUpdate: someone finally answered and told me they were to busy to take my order for the 3rd time in a row on different occasions . “It will be easier to order online”. I am driving when I call and will not be ordering online. I will not be back. She was rude.Most recent call happened May 25.2023 at 5:10 PM

Not busy, first time visit, I am the only one at this time, pleasant music.Very hard to choose what to try. I ordered the spicy chicken and I loved it. Every thing is fresh. This location will be my choice for tasty healthy meals. Other location in Spruce Grove.

The salad bowl was very good. The Bold Buffalo sandwich lacked filling, barely could see any vegetables, as described.Our booth was dirty. Previous dishes were removed, but there were crumbs on the seats, and the floor had spilled food bits. A serviette was on the floor and not picked up by staff cleaning up.This is our second time there, and have noticed the uncleanliness both times.

We love the Windermere location. Delicious food and lovely staff. Even my toddler loves going there. She loves the “create your own bowls” and my favourite is their soups + wraps

Ordered 7 items. Got 6 in the bag and said “you missed one”. They said “no”. I said “yes look at the receipt I paid for 7 items and got 6”. They took everything out of the bag and counted items and realized they did indeed miss one. One of the staff made the 4th missing wrap and put it on the counter. They didn’t even apologize :-(

I moved to this area 2 months ago and have been visiting this place quite often. Same thing as of today around 4:40pm i ordered a santa fe bowl and it was super good with everything being so proportionate. Super quick and best customer service i would say for a restaurant. I would highly recommend everyone to try this restaurant once.
