I remember going to the original location in Lévis when I was a kid. Coming here again so many year later brought me back so many memories. I ordered the same thing I used to order which was soft serve chocolate ice cream in a bowl covered in classic dark chocolate. It was so delicious. I love how thick they cover the ice cream with chocolate.

The quality of their chocolate and ice cream is very good. Unfortunately the service is slow. The girls behind the counter are confused . The service is sketchy. No napkins anywhere on tables. I politely asked for a napkin and a spoon and they gave me attitude. It was 9:45 at night. Far from beeing in peak time.

Pretty good! I love Ice Cream Dipped in Chocolate the most. The only problem was the chocolate ice cream, it seems like it wasn't mixed properly but it's okay.

The attendants should know how to speak and understand basic English. What if you guys have North Americans guests or from another country that don’t speak French?? How are you suppose to communicate. Also, make a sign about the hand sanitizer dispenser too on how to use it if it’s fancy dispenser.

Great setup, good icecream!Update! 08/02/20, love it even more!Update....09/09/22As you can see I had given this place 2 very good reviews but yesterday it was really disapointing. If I did not know this place I would give it 1 star, but it could be a newb problem.We bought 2 medium cones and paid $ 16, the cones were even smaller than the small cones were in the past, I do not know if this young kid is new but maybe the manager should have a talk with the stuff and make sure they keep the quality what it used to be.

We went a first time to try their poutine and omg went back a few times even during winter. Whether doe their poutine, the many choices of chocolat drip. chocolate bar, ice cream jug. I also tried their many recipes. Prices are fair, very clean, beautiful decor, staff are warm and welcoming and knowledgable. Will continue going.i'm addicted

We have been to other Chocolats Favoris primarily for the dipped ice cream which is absolutely delicious. Lovely thick coating with a variety of delicious flavours and toppings available as well.Once again we were not disappointed though service was a little slow. We did enjoy looking at some of the beautiful chocolates as we waited however.

Both our orders were improperly made.No apologies from the person who prepared them or a work around. We were simply told, with rudeness, that they cannot make what we ordered and already paid for. Same low level of problem solving capacity from the so called manager who inserted herself rudely in the conversation. In response to lowest level of customer I have ever experienced, I promptly asked to be reimbursed and left.

This is the best ice cream spot in Rosemère. Period. They serve delicious ice cream, especially when they dip it in melted chocolate. The staff is also very friendly! I urge you to try their ice cream if you've never been there before.
