I was very impressed with the customer service in Meadowtown store. I had the assistance of a few different people and both were fantastic and helpful and went out of their way to make suggestions and find suitable styles and sizes for me.

I love this store! They have all kinds of pajamas and quite often have really good discounted prices. Also their bras are so nice,fit well and are comfy. Highly recommend this store!

Manager hasn’t been the nicest. Went to drop of a resume and just instantly attitude was given. But a lot of the other ladies are super sweet and helpful. Sorry for the low stars, but a manager should treat everyone with respect. Now enough with negative:Great sales most of the time. Overall a decently clean store, a bit unorganized. Nice to have a swim shop so close to home and not having to travel across the lower mainland!

I highly recommend ladies go in and see the deals and see Andrea..on 2 separate occasions she has helped me..the first time I went in for outfits for my boudoir photos and the second time I needed some new bras…She is absolutely amazing,helpful and makes you laugh..I will always go in and ask for Andrea to help me anytime I go in..The deals are crazy and even full price items is totally affordable..

The reps were really kind and inclusive. Got my sizing done quickly and easily and chatted with the manager about sizing inclusivity. Felt welcome there and got a great deal in the clearance section ;)

Great store and excellent customer service and staff….Mary the manager was amazing and so kind and helpful…having gone thru breast cancer…. hard to fit into bathing suits tops n bras…self conscience….she was kind to give me some 1 on 1 help…and gave her honest opinion

Bought an $80 brand new swimsuit here. When I got home, noticed that one of the straps was broken. After a couple weeks, I'm able to get back to the store to return it (return policy is 30 days).I go back to return it after never being worn and the manager says you can feel that it's damp

Today I went in the store wanting to get a mastectomy bra. I’ve been cancer free for 22 years, so I have dealt with a few obstacles. I was reluctant to go in but I did, as I am a very private person. I had gained weight over the last couple of years, so my chest was bigger on one side only. As soon as I walked in I saw a lady that I had a good feeling about. I knew she could help me. Her name is Mari and she is the manager at this store. She helped me so much and I was able to walk out of the store with a smile on my face. So I want to put out a huge Thanks to Mari, you have changed my life. I am not going to hide behind my big tshirts anymore…well baby steps for that. Thank-you again Mari. This has to be the best La Vien Rose in BC. My favourite location by far - I went to the metrotown location, couldn’t find my sizes and the aisles were very tight. I drove from Vancouver to Pitt Meadows knowing I wouldn’t be let down. I always come to this location cause the girls are also always awesome!

Staff was wonderfully helpful & friendly. Would have been better for both staff & patrons if there was a separate 'returns only till so we could pay for our purchases quicker.
