Onion rings were inedible. Way too much seasoning salt .I would have returned them but I live out of town.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve seen, one of the girls was kind and helpful but the other was yelling at her coworkers, shouting obscenities loud enough for all the customers to hear, throwing food onto the trays, and just being rude. Food was mediocre as well I’ve had much better from A&W

Great Burgers, been here a couple times, they havent gotten my order wrong once and the food is consistently fresh.Well done.Update, Sept 14, 2021: Big booboo on my order today. Wanted a mama burger with extra onion and no pickles, got a mama burger with extra pickles and no onions. To add insult to injury, the reporting system on the receipt doesn't work, or is not consumer friendly.Still a great place to eat, just check your order before you leave.

I asked if the coffee was fresh, I was told it was 5 minutes old. Turns out that was not remotely true, worst coffee I've had in several years. I also ordered a cherry turnover and I was given an apple one. They didn't say it if they were out of cherry. They just gave me the wrong thing. Awful experience.

Drive thru was very fast, but unfortunately when we got our onion rings, they were super soggy with grease. We had ordered a teen burger, a mozza burger, and a cheese mama burger, and the mozza burger had no mozza on it. And all threw burgers had a lot of lettuce on it. Very unfortunate.

Counter staff was great juggling a busy inflood of customers but the burger was the worst I've ever had. Not hot hastily throw together and minus toppings. I've eaten there before with no problems and hope kitchen staff pick up their game.
