On 11Apr2003, I had to have my best friend in the world laid to rest, Greenbank, are the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met, not only professional al, but caring and understanding, allowing me the time and privacy to spend our last few minutes together.they we gentle, understanding and incredibly concerned about both my Dog Harlequin and my e.otional stress...Not only did they take such great concern, but they also took care of everything, cremation, personalized cedar box, paw print in clay, and a week after all this was done, I received the most compassionate letter I have ever received.My gratitude for the kindness and considerations will always be remembered, and appreciated for one of the hardest decision I have every made..Thank you Greenbank

Greenbank Veterinary clinic is a great place to take your pet. the people are very personable and courteous. You can see they love working with animals. My English Mastiff isn't afraid to go with one of the technicians; she is only 12 weeks old. When we pull up in front of the building, she is delighted to get inside.I trust the people at Dr Geenbanks vets to take good care of my puppy.If you have a pet, this is the place for you.Chris W

We've visited this vet for over ten years now, with three different dogs. Fabulous staff, and the canine chiropractic option is a huge bonus. They even do acupuncture, and there are fun pet bandanas for sale.

Would not recommend going here, they used to be good but the last few times we went here with my dog they are proving they can't do their job. We ended up getting him checked for stones and while having his legs spread on his back they asked if he was a boy/girl. Then he's been having more problems so we looked at putting him down and the vet said no they would rather give him meds so they could make money off him instead.

We had our dog in for neutering today and we are very pleased with the service we received. Our dog is resting nicely at home now. We compared the price here to our veterinary clinic we usually go to and this clinic was more than half the price. We are very pleased and would recommend Greenbank Veterinary Services.

Brought our 4 month old English Bulldog here for his last vaccines today. First time here and everyone was extremely nice and showed our boy so much love!! Dr. Rivas was great too! Definitely worth the 30min drive.

The best vet! Dr Greenbank takes such good care of our pup. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. Amazing vets, technicians, and administrative staff. We have brought all of our pets here and always received very clear communications from the veterinarian and always felt that our pets had the best care available. I was also able to meet Frank, one of the best customer service interactions ever.

Since we moved during covid, we also moved vet clinics. No one was bringing people into clinics so we weren't able to really check things out for ourselves and it was a difficult transition. My dog visited several times without me being able to go in with her, and she was only more excited to be there every time. I finally got to meet Dr Greenbank in person for the first time this year, and she was lovely, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. She has a no nonsense approach which I LOVE, yet is compassionate and caring for not just the animals, but the people who have concerns about them.
