Tanning Depot

Called the service representative to confirm purchasing for an individual (not for a business), she reassured me that individual products were sold at each location. We went today to purchase some lotions, first the store was randomly closed for 1 1/2 in the middle of business hours (okay fine, not a big deal) then when we returned we informed by the sales staff we were wrong. He was super unapologetic for information provided to us by his own company, then questioned me although it was my misunderstanding not misinformation by staff. I called their service number after this experience and spoke with the same operator. She also didn't apologize for her mistake. Just a super frustrating experience.

Worst customer service.We called ahead to ask if we could purchase single bottles. They said yes. So we went to the store, the store closed mid day for many hours. And after waiting for the store to reopen they told us no we could not buy from them.No apologies offered, only snarky comments.Waste of an afternoon.

Excellent service. I highly recommend them for any of your tanning needs. The sales rep and warehouse staff are very nice to work with and highly knowledgeable of the products. Thank you again for all of your help.
