I went to subway on main Street in Cambridge everything went well until I went to pay I had a five dollar bill that had a corner ripped off and the ladies would not except it so I had to starve for the rest of the day so if you plan on eating there make sure your money is not ripped or you won't get to eat

I frequent this Subway a lot.Unfortunately, the last several times I came to this location and ordered food (to dine in) their tables are always unclean/dirty. When it’s not busy the staff don’t wipe them!I otherwise don’t have an issue with this location. I am willing to update my post (and increase my rating) to more stars if something can be done to address this matter.

This was a regular place for me to go. Not anymore. The lettuce they used on the subs was all wilted and brown. They never have any different varieties of bread. Also, they changed the smokey honey mustard. I loved having it. The one they use now is awful! Think I'll stick with going to Mr.Sub

Today I asked for foot long on Italian bread and when I reached home I saw that the guy gave me multigrain. I took sub of the day and the guy charged me normal full rate. Please put people who have proper knowledge about what they do. Very bad experience.

Nice cooperation of customer and services are speedy.Staff is great I had personally experienced with one of the staff Asav, he was very quick and with all the ingredients which had told, i had tried the chicken sub it was very well made and have it with grilled after it is made it would be more delicious to eat

I went to this location on 11th april 22 and the customers service over there was worst. The name of the girl was “RIDDHI”. It looks like she was not interested in working there but was still working and she was rude. I asked for extra veggies and she was not even putting enough. I know how it feels but i am also working in customer service and it feels horrible when we don’t give proper customer service.

Huge shoutout to one of your employee name Saiteja (sorry if I spelt that wrong). He took my order even after the closing time on Sunday, as it’s really hard to get something near the Ainslie terminal on Sunday evening.Thanks a lot bud

I would not recommend this Subway. Employee did not change her gloves and did not wash her hand before serving us. She was using same gloves all time. She removed her gloves to check my order on computer screen and after used the same glove to make my wrap. My wrap was broken from both side and I requested her to change my wrap because everything was coming out of the wrap before she closed it but she declined my request and gave me that broken wrap.

Terrible customer service. Every time I go there I walk up to the counter to order and the girl taking my order shrugs like she’s gesturing for me to place my order. It’s like pulling teeth to get a word out of anyone that works there.
