Let's be honest, any large brand pet store isn't good. The staff are friendly but so uneducated, the treatment of the animals there is disgusting. I only shop here because they have the litter I need for my cats. I don't recommend buying animals here even if it's just a fish.

I'm giving 2 stars because despite the amazing products available and the reasonable prices. The selling of animals is a 0.. I do not ask for employees help due to a huge lack of education unless retrieving items or finding them.I listened to a employee explain the beginning of getting a fish tank going (I have had fish tanks for many years) and what she explained was so wrong on so many levels.. just information that would eventually be brining that customer back with a dead fish...If people are going to sell animals then they need better animal smarts.

They keep their aquatic plants with their snails. The employee trying her best to wash off any eggs. She did telll me how to get grid of them. And...of coarse I stuck them in my tank...and of course I had a bladder snail infestation. Like, why would this company house the two together? Now I'm a lot more informed. I love my single Apple Snail. She is the goddess of her own Fluvial Flex9gal.

They always have the bird seed I need in stock. Unfortunately some products I need I have have to shop elsewhere for. Things like my cartridge filters for my fish tank, and some rabbit food and chews.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I bought a bird a year ago and she had a happy and healthy life until she died a week ago. I went in there to look at their birds again and they look to be in very poor condition. I feel so bad. My bird didn’t LOOK at bad as the ones in store but it makes me wonder if she picked up some kind of disease when she was in there as a baby. She will be missed :( just a pre warning as we get very attached to our pets. I do love the store for my dog though. I just wish they took cleanliness a bit more serious for our furry family members. (Birds in particular) can someone please see to the birds that they are healthy?

A little over priced , however when they gave a deal , it's a goood deal! I appreciate there staff and store as well. Always lots of fun pet items to shop through .

We had a good visit. It wasn't such a hot day, and the store was full of people with relaxed dogs interacting happily, except for one madly barking chihuahua who just wanted out of there. Carrying my little dog in her bus bag, her nose working overtime, I pottered around, selecting food and treats from the wide variety available. Checking out was fast, and we headed out to the bus stop just in time to catch our ride home.
