Best experience a homeowner could ask for.We bought a custom made awning from Welda. Joseph Rosenburg came to our house April 23 to measure our space and explain the product. At this time we purchased a 15'x11.8' Rolltec Rolling system. We got to pick size, colour of shade (from a thick book of material), colour of arms(we chose standard white as it went with our deck rails, windows, and eavestrophs. Joseph warned us we may be waiting until July so we were very happy to be contacted the beginning of June to book our installation. We felt the price was acceptable for the awning and installation and put down 1/3 of the final bill. The booked installation on a Saturday. We were happy to be home for it, but the installers contacted us and asked to come a day earlier. I was super excited and home at thtime so they came. Very respectful and professional the 2 gentlemen came and had it installed within 1.5 hours. Even going so far as to hold a box under drilling holes to contain mess. They asked us for exact placement and once installed they had us come out for any adjustments. They explained how it worked and gave us tips on great maintenance. They left no mess behind. Best experience a homeowner could have when buying this must have addition to our already awesome oasis.
