I really wanted to love the company but after my experience, I will never buy anything from them again. Our kitchen faucet is amazing, but our washroom faucets are the worst I've ever had. They started getting weird spots after a couple days of using them. They are not hard water spots and will NOT come off with cleaner. We've tried several including CLR.It looks like something is wrong with the finish and if anything sits on it for more than a minute, they're destroyed (including water with a little bit of soap). You'd have to clean these faucets 20 times a day to keep them looking good ... And that might not even prevent them from getting these spots.If the company had helped me through this, I would have given a different rating. But, they had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I emailed the president of the company back and forth about 18 times. He kept telling me they were water spots and would come off with cleaner. They did not!We bought 4 faucets for $300 each!!!! For that price, they should look nice and last for a long time... Not last 1 week before they look like garbage. I finally took one faucet in and they replaced it only because the president told me to use a magic eraser, which destroyed it even more. They made sure to mention they would never replace any again... Including my other ones that also look like garbage.And surprise, the new one also now has spots and looks awful after a week, despite the fact we clean it.I really hoped they would be a company who honored their warranty and stood by their company motto of being the best and helping their customers.... But alas, I was wrong.Next time I'll buy a cheaper faucet that will look nicer and last longer.

We recently did a kitchen renovation and needed a new kitchen sink and faucet. Bristol sinks offered a variety of sinks and faucets. The staff was very knowledgeable when it came to the type of countertop we had, and function for our kitchen. Very happy with our Kitchen Sink and Faucet... Work's like a dream!.Definitely worth a look.
