I absolutely hands down cannot recommend Tim Maley enough. My husband and I have been trying to sell our home on and off for the past 5 years. This summer we listed with another company and had a total of 3 showings from June to October. Within ONE week of listing with Tim @ Remax, our house was sold for 3.5% less than our asking price - which in this market is a miracle.He has been so patient, kind, and helpful through the entire process, including with finding us our next home. Just wanted to thank Andrew Russell for sticking with us every step of the way while purchasing our first family home from another province. He was fantastic, sending us video tours and looking at everything as if he was going to buy the home himself. He also provided us with other connections to help us keep our home safe and secure while we prepared to travel to our new home. He set me up with a car mechanic who is equally fantastic as well as home insurance brokerage. Really just everything we needed he got us what we needed. Recently inquiring about a property for sale in Sunnybrook and was chatting with Tim Maley and I have to say this man is absolutely rude when i asked a few simple questions and told me he would not work with me and said best of luck finding someone who will . I sure hope the owners of the property know that he is turning down deals and not co-operatingwith potential buyerswho are pre approved and ready to go in this very slow market . Absolutely ruined my day for no reason I sure hope Re max does something about it as I've heard nothing but good things and this is how I'm treated.

Tim is very personable and helped us find our dream home. We had a list of difficult requirements when looking and he exceeded them all. I personally do not think you could get a better realtor. Marcella was AMAZING! My husband and I worked with many realtors before being led to her. We have looked at over 100 houses before we found the one! We went through being pushed into weird contracts, made uncomfortable, being scrutinized by our age, realtors judging us on how picky we were and thinking they knew us. Marcella did none of those. Being a young couple and doing our first home purchase is and was a big deal. It was all new. She knew everything we needed, and if something stumped her, she ALWAYS asked someone else. She was always a text away, and never made us feel like a bother. My wife and I contacted Tim Arnold from the Three Hills office to sell our acerage. He included Aaron Thulien to assist in the selling.My wife and I were skeptical of it selling prior to the end of the Contract, but it sold 1.5 months prior to the expiration date. We then asked Aaron to assist us with a purchase of a home in Red Deer.
