Great experience! My floor drain was backing up and I had a small flood in the basement. They answered right away and were at my house about an hour later. They realized that the problem was coming from outside the house and told us that it was probably from the city. The city came and confirmed that the system was blocked further down the street. Before leaving Fred was able to fix 3 other problems in our bathrooms. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

François replaced our main sewer line in the basement, respected the estimate and the job was well done. No complaints

They don’t give you a right estimation cost to let you pay more after the service is done and they don't care about the clients and they are so rude.

Excellent service. Hot water was not flowing in shower but rest of faucets were good. Provided some history on what I had already checked and they were able to identify the source of the blockage right away. Thanks!

I had a problem with my Grohe faucet, I needed to change the cartridge but when Francis took a look at it, he saw he needed a special tool which was not included with the replacement piece.Francis was kind enough to remove the faucet completely and set me up a temporary system so I could continue to have access to use my kitchen sink while I brought the faucet to the sales rep to repair.I very much appreciated not only the way Francis was efficient and didn't waste time in finding a temporary solution to my problem but I was especially grateful for the fact that he went right to work and didn't spend the time chatting while the clock was ticking, he kept the polite conversation for after the time charged was up and the invoice was issued.Gail

My appointment was at 8am. Exactly at that time he came. One hr service, they fixed it properly. it's little expensive $$$ but worth it.

They replaced my water tank and another time some small plumbing issue. Great service, prompted clean . Very professional. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for further renovations i will be doing.

Very professional company. The plumber, Robert, was punctual, efficient and very polite. When it came to billing we were charged exactly for the time it took and pieces used. I was very impressed and would definitely use this company again in the future. Highly recommend!
