I moved this building without viewing the apartment, they didnt allow me to see the apartment because of ongoing construction. Construction Maintenance are still ongoing but they are pushing people to move-in, so they can make money. Apartments are very small, queen size bedrooms hardly fits to the bedroom. There are lots of problems in the building. Do not make mistake and move this building. By the way this location is considered unsafe area in Brantford.

Viewed a unit in this building and I literally have closets in my house bigger then these units. Was not impressed with the construction of this building not to mention it's less then ideal location in a very rough area of town. Would recommend living and investing elsewhere in town. WOW expensive also. Not very good value

The maintenance guy entered the unit without consent or notice . Filing a statement of claim against them . You can’t just go in people units and invade people’s privacy.
