Eyes Inspire

I don't recommend this optical store for someone who wants to bring their children for eye exam, as they will need us to pay for some portion, I said when I called the reception she didn't tell me I need to pay for some portion MSP and I asked the Filipino guy he works there and he didn't want to explain the reason at all, I think because is small money and doesn't want to spend time to explain. I recommend other optical stores because they are included all fees and doesn't need to pay for it.However, I won't go here next time and don't recommend for who wants to bring a kid to do eye exam here.

Ted is a very knowledgeable guy and know which style fits you. I really enjoyed working with him.

Bought a pair of YSL sunglasses and they gave me such a great deal. Kiwo is friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with great customer service. There’s no doubt I will be coming back for our new pair for summer! Highly recommended.

Bought a pair of glasses here. Within 2 years the frame broke twice. The manufacturer replaced the frame the first time, but within a year, the new frame broke again. Eye Inspire is unable to fix it and I am left with a pair of broken glasses.

Store has great selection, very timely service, got my glasses a couple of days earlier than expected. Kim and Kiwo were great, both helped a lot with picking out my frames. Will def be my new go to place for glasses.

I Do Not recommend this optical store ! Costumers you need to be aware that this optical store will charge you for eye examination !!! Much better other optical store as they do not charge eye exams! I confirmed with my company and my blue cross that eye exams should be included in my insurance ! The lady in the store maybe she don’t have enough knowledge yet to go over and check my coverage. I went in this shop because it was refer by my friend . I should read the reviews first before coming .

Came in to look for a new pair of eyeglasses. Rita made me feel very comfortable and took her time to engage with her clients and help me find the right pair. From the beginning to the end of this interaction I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I felt I could trust Rita the whole time. I believe there should be more people like her in the customer service industry and I will be coming back again.
