Goodness Me! Natural Food Market

I don't get all of the negative reviews. I don't know what the heck people expect from store staff. They always help the best they can, and they have always been friendly with me. Often times, they go out of their way!

This store is amazing!! Their products are surprisingly affordable compared to some artificially scented products at other stores such as pharmacy’s etc. I mean I use a $10 cleanser from Australia called “sukin” that I purchased here and I absolutely love it. It’s filled with natural ingredients, makes my skin extremely soft. It is fantastic for sensitive skin. I will never go back to anything else. Thank you!

If mask use is important to you, avoid this store. Not a single employee I saw was wearing one. Great job protecting your customers! I used to come here once a week but will not be returning. Ironic to be all about healthier food when you don’t protect your staff or customers.

Visited this location for the first time today and probably won’t return as I was disappointed in both the customer service and inventory. This location focuses more on food products and less on food. I was bummed that the celery was wrapped in plastic packaging. The staff was pretty clueless and didn’t even know where their lentils were or what kind they had. My bag of bulk items had a hole in it. When paying this much for food items, I expect a little more in return.

First time at Goodness Me as I was looking for a particular product. (Tonica kombucha) Impressive store located in a fun and hip neighborhood of Hamilton. Lots of affordable parking in the area. Good restaurants too.

I enjoy my shopping experience in the newly renovated Locke location as it is bright and well organized.It is refreshing to be welcomed by employeeswho are courteous and provide good customer service.They are following the protocols for theCOVID-19 crisis with great efficiency.The store has good weekly sales that I take advantage of on a regular basis.Overall I am fortunate to have such a gem of a store in my neighborhood.T

I always buy an organic chocolate bar when I visit the Goodness Me! on Locke St S. I'm writing this review today to shout about their kombucha on tap station. Fill a growler to take home. How great is that?

Very nice store, great selection for the size. Prices are all over the place. There are often some good deals and some very expensive items. Great variety of in house products including baked goods. Awesome to have this little store in the neighbourhood

1.0 star ratingI have been getting my weekly groceries from the Locke street location for over a year now and have experienced some really friendly staff! Today, a new clerk was checking me out at the cash. The customer before me was rude to the clerk but he acted neutrally. When it was my turn, I asked which cash we would be using and where I should put my basket because it's really awkward and painful to have to keep bending down to get items. He responded in a condescending manner that most people only buy 1-2 items and basically nobody uses the carts. I responded by suggesting they put a small bench at the front right under the cash on the customer side so we could put our baskets down while we unload groceries. He basically scoffed at me.So sad! Won’t be giving my business to Goodnessme as long as this employee works there. Don't want to be belittled during my grocery trips.

I got a new job a few days ago which is located just down the street from the store and so I decided to stop by this morning to check it out before my shift started. It's kinda small, but they have some interesting products that I haven't tried before. I have problems with gluten and dairy so I have I'll probably be stopping by once in a while and grabbing a few items to take home. Just wish it was a bit bigger but other than that it's pretty good!
