I’m having a hard time understanding how these companies are even legal? It seems like a huge scam I’ve had mail delivered to my virtual office months ago and, Even though I talk to them on a weekly basis they still refuse to admit my mail has arrived and issue it to me so they can continue to charge Me monthly fees… save your money and use a more reputable company these people are obviously very unprofessional save your money

Zemlar offices have professional office spaces which is a huge help when meeting my clients. Very supportive to start up business like mine. Also , thanks to RJ for spending extra effort in helping me set up my private office.

So i have rented an office here and the agreement was month to month , as explained by one of their sales people . They explained very well that am not going to pay any penalty if I decide to leave .When I had to leave, they charged me the last month payment even though I gave them notice.Now they say you should give us 30 days' notice .I don't mind paying the last if this was clear from the beginning. Am not happy doing business with you , this is a complete rip-off .They are also asking me to give them back the keys while still charging me for the last, I really don't understand .

I am sharing my experience as Danice was a tenant for the last 3 years with Zelma Offices.The facilities are very professional and kept to the highest standards.I am recommending to anyone that is considering Zelmar Offices is is an excellent location and choice.

This is the review for the location at 2000 Argentia Road, Mississauga.This is an excellent location located right at 401 & Mississauga Road.Very Quite and professional building with 24x7 access.Private offices of varying sizes and shared co-working spaces are available at competitive prices.The office space is very professional and the environment is quite nice.The Admin / Receptionist at this location provides excellent service. She is very professional and is always available to resolve any problems that the tenants might occasionally encounter.Overall I would strongly recommend Zemlar.

Very poor customer service. Trying to make a cancellation. Trying to call, sent messages but heard nothing. Try again the next day spoken to three people, first person hang up on me, the second person transferred me and the third peron told me he was helping me by asking me to send an email. Therefore, I now have to pay a penalty for cancellation.
