I dropped my car off for recall work, oil change and new cabin filter. I used their shuttle service as I had to go to work while the work was being done. They were quick and professional from start to finish. The shuttle driver was friendly and a great driver.I would recommend Merlin Ford to family and friends!

I recently factory ordered a Transit van through Merlin. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I was buying. I went to a couple other dealerships first, but I didn’t find the same level of knowledge and expertise when it came to commercial vehicles that Merlin could provide. Carlos was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Merlin to anyone who is looking for a new Ford!

Called in to get a vehicle serviced.Lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me they had no room on their lot to keep my vehicle until they could look at it!I guess if they don't space for my vehicle for service guess they mustn't have space for my vehicle if I want to come test drive a new vehicle.Horrible service.Reply to Dan HesjeYour competitor took my vehicle in with friendly service and LOTS of parking space.Will never step foot in your dealership EVER….and I own two Fords.Do yourself a favour and get rid of whoever you have answering your service calls.Two complaints in one morning and those are just from the ones who took time to post.
