My wife and I did not have a clue of what colour of paint we needed, but we thought what better place then Benjamin Moore. It’s there we met the paint expert Debbie, wow talk about costumer service. She new exactly what we needed. It can be very stressful picking the right colour but not with Debbie, she has the eye for colour and dose her job with great enthusiasm.Thanks DebbieDon and Theresa Watson

We were in to buy a can of paint. When we dabbed it on the chip, the colour was too light. The lady said she'd give us 40% off as it seemed correct to her, but that we couldn't get a full refund. We agreed. We tried it when we got home, the paint IS too light. What a waste of a trip from Barrie to Alliston. Word of advice. Go with your gut and don't accept anything less than what you are happy with. We are very disappointed.

Very helpful, cheerful ladies, let me take my time looking at colour chips and take a few home (light very different). Purchased small sample coloured paint to try on wall, may bring home a 12x12 inch colour chip next. I really liked that I wasn't pressed to make a decision, will be back.
