I dont write a lot of reviews, but when a company or service goes above and beyond, I like to let people know. This is an amazing rental company that shows they care continuously. From the monthly news letters to the friendly maintenance guy (Dan) ccoc really does feel like a community instead of just another building.

This is my first time renting from CCOC, and I must say wow the stress was lifted off my shoulders immediately, before my husband and I were in a non wheelchair accessible apt, and it was not pleasant but living in a wheelchair accessible apt my husband is able to go outside on his own with no help, even using the washroom on his own is life changing. We have had a few issues but nothing serious and they have been handled with respect and I appreciate it . Thank you CCOC, I would recommend them to everyone who is in need

I feel very safe staying with CCOC. Very Friendly staff. I have had a few maintenance issues over the years and every single time a staff member was by within 24 hours. Never had any pests in the building. Affordable pricing. I wish there were more landlords like CCOC

I lived in one if their buildings years ago. The staff was great and always helpful. Especially after I was injured and had to move. They helped me relocate to a new place. If given the opportunity I would definitely rent from them again.

Neat and discretionally good! I stayed there for 3 years! It was damaged somehow, and stinky in my room too.Now we moved from this building, and we are in 219 Lamplighters.

Very Corrupt management, too rude staff to deal with, dirty building full of roach and bed bugs. Rent is too high after adding the fraud Geo-thermal heating cost. They will lie to you telling you that the Apt size is 450 sqft but it 275 SqFt, only good for single bed , Not double sized one , this trash unit will cost you almost $1200/month after adding more than $100/month for the Fraud cost of Geothermal heating , this is on top of $80/month hydro.In short , this is a fraud company making money by defrauding Canadians and stealing their money through fake subsidy and offering lies to tenants. Subsidized buildings are full drug dealers, drug addicts and sex traders. Smoke of weed all over the place in all buildings. Sex traders tenants are using their units for Sex trading business. Dirty buildings, very bad services and very corrupt management aiming at defrauding government to get money for its fraud subsidy to units over valued rent for garbage units and trashy services. Managers are in isolation, their names are NOT even listed anywhere in their web (top secrete information !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! )

Your ad is very discriminatory towards white people. You hire everyone but us absolutely horrible. What about everyone is treated the same.

Just a warning to potential renters, CCOC is not bound by certain provisions of the Rental Tenancy Act and can increase the rent by any amount. If you're looking for a landlord that stays within the provincial rent increase guidelines then avoid CCOC.It used to be a great landlord that I highly recommended.
