ViewStar at Capstan Station

Terrible window soundproof, the double-paned windows installed are of extremely low quality, cannot effectively block the construction noise of that bloody capstan station (even with earplugs worn) I am not sure how much noise it could block once the station is completed but it does not sound optimistic. The bottom line is at the very least you shouldn't buy or rent a unit facing the station, I wrote this comment at 2:00 pm 2022-12-06 when I could not sleep due to that noisy construction. Thank you.

The airport noise is horrible. The apartment developer used the worst window material that has NO sound block function. In addition, the strata management team is the worst i ever seen. Took more than two weeks to set up my enter-phone lol.

Be advised! Someone that lives here has been consistently stealing packages. I am making a review because over the course of 4 months these packages from Amazon and other packages has also either been torn open and items were stolen from it or entire packages were stolen. It seems our cameras are not that helpful when it comes to security of our own mail and packages.

Sales group is rude to tenant and customer especially the project manger Wayne. Scarce parking spots, high strata fee, Not Pet Friendly and unprofessional managements, Low Cost Designs. DO NOT MOVE IN !!!!!!!

As a long term presentation center it is pretty good. They have grass lawns, parking for twenty cars and a welcoming expensive looking interior. The model views of the eventual community are outstanding. The room samples portray an affluent neighborhood. The staff are present and friendly if a little Chinese buyer focused.

To be honest, the materials they used and the quality standard is the best I have seen in Richmond, much better than the other developers I have browsed around.

We decided to move here because it’s convenient location and building looks decent and brand new. Their property manager communication is the worst I have ever dealt with. I expected for property manager be more kind and supportive for people who is becoming the tenants of this building. since we can’t park in front of the building, we had to travel from parking to the entrance back and forth and I let the both door open for sake of efficiency. This guy points out so many times of the door situation. Even when we said “okay”. I have no idea what was the intention of repeating same things more than twice. Bad management and think they should be more supportive for the tenants moving IN
