If you don't put the PO Box number, look the F out. They don't seem to grasp that not all shippers allow a box number. They'll be quick to snap at you over any little thing. Lazy at its finest.

LAZY!!!!! I have sent out mail for Milton and the mail keeps coming back because whoever delivers the mail is too lazy to put it in the correct mailbox. I have spoken to the recipient and she personally knows everyone at this post office and they know who the mail goes to. L-A-Z-Y!!!!!!!!!!!

No customer service skills, watch out if you don’t have a PO Box number. The law is Canada Post has to try there upmost best to deliver the mail to the recipient whether there’s a PO Box or not, I’ve never had a problem with other post offices in communities I’ve lived without a box number on a letter. Just this one! Laziness! Terrible uneducated service.

The woman there kept telling me I used the wrong postal code for my flex delivery. None of their employees seem to understand what flex delivery really is. It uses a special postal code specifically for the flex service. B0T 0B1 is Liverpool's flex postal code, not B0T 1K0 like for regular mail. She kept telling me my computer must be wrong and that I'm lucky my package didn't go to Caledonia. Caledonia's postal code is B0T 1B0 so I guess she's also dyslexic or something. She was extremely rude and would not listen. She just kept yelling wrong!" These employees seriously need better training."
