Took my 5 yr old in for a haircut. The hair stylist ( Keralyn, ) was awesome!! He told her how he wanted it to look and she did it perfectly. She was very professional and very good with him. He enjoyed the experience and loved the job she did on his hair. Thanks for making his ( and our ) day !

From Mar 26th, 2022: I went there to get hair washing and haircut trimming. Haleigh did great and carefully cut my hair trimming lengths; I was glad. Although, she didn't complete enough blow-dry my long thick hair.

Came in asked for clippers, size 2 on the side to a fade 3 on top to my bangs. She took the clippers from the top of my head/bangs to buzz it basically off, and asks if short enough! I did not ask her to basically bald me, there is no fade whatso ever, its basically the same length all around, and took my bangs right off. But it's just hair that will grow back, I wasnt rude or vengful. But I didn't appreciate the attitude when I politely said it was a little shorter but it's fine.

Brought my kids in for a buzz cut today. My five year old began complaining as soon as we were home that his neck hurt - the back of his neck is cut from the clippers in several places and is bleeding. I know nicks and cuts can happen especially with a child’s cut if they’re moving around but he was so perfectly still and would not even answer the hairdresser’s questions because he was afraid to move. Friendly service but it ends there. We won’t be back!

The hair specialist didn't listen to the instructions given for my son's hair, botched the hair cut, then had the audacity to look annoyed when my son was having issues because he doesn't like getting his hair cut. I don't know why we chose this place instead of Prescott, now I know and will never return to this salon. Good riddance.
