Fix Factory Canada - Mobile Repair Hub & HO (SW)

I had an ASUS C434T that needed a screen replacement. I called 5 shops around Calgary and they all said they couldn't do it but would try if I paid around $220 and left it with them for days. But could not guarantee that they would know how as it had some special type of adhesive used on the laptop screen. Then enter Fix factory. They know exactly what to do, said it was super simple and it was. They went out of their way to help me. And they did, cost was way better than the other shops. Great customer service and knowledgeable people taking calls and advising.

Amazing service from start to finish. I Dropped my phone and smashed my screen and was leaving the next day for vacation. I needed this phone fixed that day. I called them to see if I could get it fixed ASAP and a technician was at my house within two hours to fix in his service vehicle. There was no extra charge for them to come to my house and no extra charge for same-day service. The technician was awesome and even fix something that he noticed was broken that I did not know about. If I need any Phone repair service in the future, I will definitely be back. Also, price was very reasonable.

I didn’t realize I had water damage on my phone until I got the black screen of death.I got in contact with Rob. He was able to help me out and was very supportive, a phone tech genius really. My phone is back to its optimum level. Screen works great. I really appreciate the experience.If you bust your phone, get ahold of fix factory they’re amazing. Obviously repairing costs $ but for this type of service, it’s totally worth it.

Only good things to say about this company.Had a simple battery replacement, Excellent price $, and they come do it at a place thats convienient for you, it really doesnt get more convienient!!Battery was replaced quickly and competently.Will definately use this service again!Try them you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing service! Fixed my phone to make it brand new and haven't had an issues. Payment was easy. Service was brillant by being able to come to my location. Made it easier to deal with as i was at work at that time. They didn't have my phone screen in, but ordered it and had it within a day! 10/10 would recommend.

I’m not gonna lie. I was very hesitant with fix factory. The process felt a little off. But I thought about why and it’s because so many other companies who have done it like this have been shady. This must be the same?To my delight, fix factory, and Ron were above board, honest and professional. They beat almost every other price. They text me during the entire process. Emailed me with updates and gave me honest feedback on what could or could not go wrong.He literally came to my house and picked up my device. They were on time, kind and presentable. He gave me clear instructions and kept his word on the timeline. And then they delivered it back to my house when the process was finished.I would refer anyone to use this service.

Super convenient service, 10/10 recommended! My iPhone stopped charging and I called simply to inquire about the fix. They booked me an appointment for a hour later, came to my door for the device and within another 20 minutes it was back in my hands, fully fixed! Totally reasonable rate for the convenience.
