Waste of time.Cancelled their booked services twice at short notice.Did not respond to requests to return phone calls.Be careful when booking ,due to poor business practices.

They are courteous, punctual, and very easy to work with. We had some specific issues that they happily worked on and were very respectful about new growth areas near the house. Never had a scheduling or communication issue and have used them for three years because they do a great job with a wonderful attitude.

Sam and his team are professionals, the services are reasonably priced, appointments are on time, they work diligently and bonus, they do a terrific job! I’m very pleased with the results. In the future, when I need my windows cleaned, and/or screens replaced or repaired, I will definitely call Professional Windows….thanks for everything Sam !

Sam and his crew are awesome! I have been using his services for about 3 years. Besides this home in the sand section which is 4 stories high, He is recommended as the preferred vendor at my Manhattan Village rental home as he is granted access onto the roof. Friendly, Professional and does a top notch cleaning service! The best!!
