Also Mr. Steve thank you very much for helping me.I had some difficulties with my first rental ever and made a mistake during rental time, Steve helped me save lots of money when it came to paying my balance after my rental was done he totally trusted me and believed me with no experience renting from before. The customer service is excellent, Stephen’s rental def is great for customer service. Their machine was great and clean also everything worked on the Rough T machine. I even had some questions on the machine operation. Someone’s called me from the company and just got me going on the phone in 2 minutes.Overall happy and satisfied with Stephens Rental Specially Scarborough location staff are very friendly and willing to help you out quickly with any questions you have and rentals.

Had a great experience with the staff at Kennedy office. Tony provided the exceptional customer service! The entire staff at this location is very experienced and friendly.I highly recommend this place to my friends and will be renting from this branch in the near future.

My first experience with this is just amazing I rented 40ft ladder. The costumer series’s great and the manager help to put the ladder on top my van also fixed some belts for me.Thanks everyone.

Didn't rent anything as yet, place a booking, when i do i will update. So far it seems they have tools for renovation. Jack hammer, pressure washer, concrete saw etc.

Gentleman named CRAIG was very rude and uncooperative with customers. CRAIG repeatedly yelled at us to SIGN HERE" in hopes of having us rent a tool which was not meant for the job we needed.CRAIG was not willing to let myself talk on the phone with a colleague to confirm the tool that was needed

Called 3 different locations 10 times, and not once did someone answer the phone.Why would I drive there if the tool I need is already rented out, or they dont have it?Pick up the damn phone. wow

Very good fast friendly service they had what I needed when others didn't I need it to rent a drain snake and I wanted a 3 inch cutting head they were the only ones that had it anywhere close to me
