I have struggled with my weight for almost all of my life. Physically, being over weight resulted in me having sore joints and overall pain.Because of some of my limitations Tyler is able to help me work out without injuring myself & move with purpose. I have never felt embarrassed or ashamed working out with Tyler. He genuinely wants me to do well & he cares—it doesn’t take long to notice.Tyler’s continued education from nutrition to strength training and everything in between, coupled with his passion and sense of humour, he is able to help anyone reach any goal they may have and make training fun, effective and fulfilling.I highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking to improve their health, confidence and fitness level.
