I've been working with one of the physiotherapists - Jonathan Knight and I have found him to be very helpful. He is knowledgeable about recent changes and advancements and uses evidence-based processes when coming up with a plan for treatment. He also has no issues debunking myths that might be holding one back. And he understands how important my activities are to me and works to develop a plan that keeps me moving! I highly recommend him!.

Ive had a concussion since Oct . I started at Life mark Saint John the week after I got the concussion . I’ve had great results with all the therapy I’ve received from Cathy’s programs specifically made up for my injury and Mary Lou for all her knowledge in the gym and always willing to help . All the staff from the front desk to the girls behind the scenes were very helpful . I just recently had Michelle as a massage therapist . Well, I highly recommend her for injury or relaxation massage . Michelle is very caring and definitely knows her job . Needless to say her massages were wonderful. My neck and head feel great. I finally feel like I’m on the road to recovery. Thanks to the team at Life Mark Saint John .Thanks so muchCrystal

I have been taking massage therapy from Mr. Jordan and there is significant improvement towards my back (lower & upper), shoulder and neck pain. Mr. Jordan is always very patience to hear me out, understand & access health issues with me and then providing treatment as per his assessment. He has been fully dedicated to the whole hour. I went to Lifemark for about 2.5 months due to an MVA. I didn't know what to expect, obviously not being happy with my situation.Jonathan Knight was my physiotherapist and I couldn't ask for a better person. He knows how to make a patient to feel more at ease with this temporary situation, takes time to listen and he is able to provide the right exercises according with the area that needs some relieving. Plus a very nice personality. Good luck in your future endeavors. You will do just great!

I was able to book an appointment quickly online for physio and massage. Great service, on time and focused results. Really liked their online portal for programs.
