K9 Clubhouse

K9 clubhouse is hands down the best daycare/boarding place in town I highly recommend taking your dogs here!!! The staff are super friendly and helpful they also have a great groomer!!

This place has been nothing short of a blessing! We’ve been taking our dog here for several months now (daycare and boarding). She absolutely loves it and we’ve never had any issues with the staff either. If your dog is high energy, I highly recommend daycare!

Bad business practices and dont take accountability for their actions and what happens within the facility. I guess having a reactive dog that mauls someone doesn't mean anything to them

I've been using the k9 clubhouse since they opened and we used to really like their services. However the last few months have been horrible. It started out with my dog getting attacked on their pick up bus. I never got a call until 130 in the afternoon to let me know about it. They also said they had cleaned it up which they had not. I asked for a manager to call me and it never did happen. Then I booked 3 grooms there. 2/3 weren't actually booked so I drove across town for an appointment they didn't give me. The one appointment I did get, I was late for so I called to let them know. They said they wouldn't have time to do it but I wouldn't be charged, so to just go online and book another appointment. I was, in fact charged for the appointment (which I'm not arguing as it's their policy), but they also charged me the tip when they didn't perform any services. They also told me I wouldn't be charged for the missed appointment. After the 3rd appointment I showed up for that they didn't put in the system, I asked for a manager to call me. A week later I had to call again and ask for a manager. I got connected with a very rude lady would doesn't understand customer service or how these occurrences are related to eachother. After trying to reason with this lady for 15 minutes and her diminishing the situation and the tip amount (im on maternity leave so i really cant afford a large tip), we finally said we would look to speak to the owner and leave a review on their business. To which she replied that's ok" and hung up. We will NEVER be dealing with this business again."

No matter if it's daycare, grooming, or boarding, the service is amazing! The dogs are very well looked after, the staff accomodate to any need and always go above and beyond to ensure every dogs needs! The staff remember the dogs, and every experience is personal.

I love sending my dog here. I know he gets the best care and he always leaves happy! I wouldn't trust anyone else.

This business is absolutely terrible and more importantly UNPROFESSIONAL.They have lost peoples dogs, allowed dog to attack other dogs and had their employees get incredibly injured. This isn’t the dog owners fault or new workers, this is 100% managements fault.Every time something happens they try to hide or belittle it. They also love to play the ‘pity the small business’ card. They’re extremely unprofessional and call out past employees (by name) on their social medias to make excuses on why things happened.Bottom line this is an absolute TERRIBLE business and I wished it would get shut down. If you care about your animals do not send them here, if you care about your family do not let them work here.I should also mention, I gave them a bad review on Facebook a few months back so their response was to hide reviews from the fb page, block my Facebook and block my Instagram.Unprofessional.Dangers.Should be shut down.

My dog gets excited soon as we pull in. Great pick up and drop off program. Groomer on hand and great price.

We always use K9 when we go out of town now for over 2 years and for grooming. They always make me feel at ease leaving our Murphy there. He had an issue this time a day after drop off and the staff went above and beyond to reassure me and to make arrangements to get him to the vet ( which didn’t need to happen in the end I spoke with the vet via phone) K9 staff monitored him closely and he did fine without the vet visit. I always feel confident in the staff they are super friendly and management is as well. Murphy also gets groomed there and again a fabulous job on making him look handsome!Wouldn’t leave him anywhere else and I love the report cards the staff sends during his stay!!!
