Called to ask a simple question - do you have toddler size raincoats? - and was treated with surprise and sarcasm by the sales person. Not impressed.

called last season and asked if they have big sizes pjs they told me they don't have only till 14-16.the sales lady from the montreal store called me now that they brought in bigger sizes pjs because i asked for it.I'm really impressed of this awesome service!!!!!!! she was so nice and patient!!!!!
