Our wedding day was by far the most special day of our lives, and we have Chantal to thank for that! From the moment we met Chantal we knew she was the right fit to make our day run smoothly. She is professional, organized and accommodating. Our minds could be at ease on our wedding day, and we could enjoy every moment because we knew everything was in Chantal’s capable hands. She dealt with changes promptly and efficiently. We especially appreciated how she quietly executed the timeline, seemingly from the shadows, but we always knew she was there when we needed her. Chantal made a point of getting to know us as a couple as well as our families. If we have one piece of advice, it is to budget for a coordinator and we cannot recommend Chantal enough!

Chantal was so amazing to work with! We knew we needed some help to make our vision come to life and from the moment I met her, she made me feel at ease and that we would figure out how to make it all come together. Not only does she have a calming and comforting personality, she also thinks of all the little details so you can make sure things go smooth. Leading up to our wedding she kept us organized and was always very gracious with her time and knowledge. During our wedding weekend she managed A LOT of people, coordination and logistics. We can’t say enough amazing things about Chantal! Initially we weren’t sure if we needed a day of coordinator for our wedding and now we can’t imagine going through the process without Chantal’s help and organization. Throughout the whole process Chantal was detail oriented and knowledgable about our venues and needs. I felt confident in her being able to handle every aspect of running the day, which allowed us to be able to focus on being in the moment to enjoy our special day. Even when we had last minute crises, she was key to solving them and I am not sure how we would have managed without her support and key contacts in her vendor network. When we first started planning our wedding we were overwhelmed to say the least. Now that the wedding has past, I can 100% say that everything would not have run smoothly without Chantal. Hiring Chantal was probably the best decision we made throughout the planning process!Chantal helped us to stay on track all 10 months before the wedding with monthly check-ins and unlimited email communication about anything that came up. The month before the wedding we had weekly meetings and Chantal ensured us that everything was under control even when we were really starting to feel the crunch. Having Chantal allowed us to enjoy the planning process more than stress.On the day of the wedding Chantal did EVERYTHING and I (bride) got to relax the entire time while getting ready with my friends and family. I really can't imagine what the wedding day would have been like without her.Thank you Chantal for keeping everything so organized and making sure we could fully enjoy the day. We wouldn't have been able to pull off our slightly complicated wedding(from castle, to boat cruise, to reception) without your calmness, composure, and expertise.

We cannot recommend Chantal enough for wedding/event planning. We hired her as a day-of co-ordinator for our wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the results. She was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She would meet with us regularly, was always available for additional meetings if we wanted them and made us feel valued and heard the entire time. She honoured and respected our vision for the wedding and helped us make it a reality. She was incredibly organised and would help/offer suggestions how to improve our own organisation and remind us about technical/logistical details that we hadn’t considered. She worked incredibly hard and was very professional, but she is also incredibly compassionate and does not only care that the event goes well, but that we as people were doing well. She helped us coordinate with our vendors and got along amazingly well with them, which helped create a special cohesiveness that made everything come together and make our day that much more special and stress-free. All of our guests, were incredibly impressed with the event set-up but also with her running around (sometimes literally) in the background to make sure that everything went perfectly. Chantal was absolutely incredible to work with! She helped us schedule meetings to get organized for our wedding day, she asked all the right questions about every little detail, she connected with all of our vendors, she set up and took down our decor, and skillfully managed our particularly large and rowdy wedding party. We made some last minute changes on the day that she managed perfectly.Of all the things we spent money on for our wedding, Chantal’s services were easily the most valuable. On top of that she is such a nice person who is clearly passionate about her work.Do yourself a favour and hire her! Our big day went smooth as can be all thanks to Chantal.

In our speech to our guests, we joked that we got planning for three weddings for the price of one.Throughout Covid, from across the globe, and and on the day, Chantal not only made our wedding happen, she brought it to life.Her professionalism, experience, and creativity turned what might have been a stressful experience into what was ultimately fun planning and the best day of our lives.Could not recommend more highly!!!S&N
