Dr. Viviana Palacios is very professional, detail oriented, caring and listens to you with full attention.My experience in Ontario is that you don’t get to hear back from your doctors unless there is a red flag. If you are not feeling well but your results are within the limits of acceptability, even when you are just barely inside the limits, you won’t get to find out the reasons why you are not feeling yourself. You don’t get to see your results, you don’t get the opportunity to ask many questions.But Dr. Palacios will give you all the information you need to understand all your results, she will answer all your questions, she will discuss your treatments with you.I live in Toronto but I don’t mind to drive to her office in Waterloo to see her. She can accommodate video calls for the follow-ups when necessary. Also, she can work directly with my insurance saving me the paperwork.

Dr. Vivian is not only a professional, even more of a listener.Once she understands your needs or concerns, she tailors a plan and suggestions with proactive solutions.It's not just about the quick fixes, but more importantly for healthy life and continuous well being.I love the fact that she has been a regular/conventional Medical Dr before becoming a Naturopathic one. Having knowledge on both sides makes her much more valuable, in my opinion and experience.
