I was eager to try this place after seeing the glowing reviews, but unfortunately my experience was subpar.I found the service was lacking. I don't ask for much, but the guy lacked basic courtesy, and did not offer any indication that he appreciates my business. Hi" "please" and "thank you" would be a great start. He also said he gave away my food

I love stopping in at Jim's Joint whenever I can.The food is delicious and fresh! I love that I can see into the kitchen while he cooks the food. I have never seen it messy and it's always so clean. Thank you for the amazing food and the good laughs while we wait.

Best fish n chips anywhere around... as for ambience, well it's a food truck with picnic tables but major kudos for the tent to keep the weather at bay....!!!

Got the pulled sandwich and I enjoyed it. The service was simple, to the point, and quick.Great stop as I was passing by and I’m glad I made a visit.

Wow. Just wow. The food was amazing. Great burger, thick and well seasoned patty, perfectly cooked and good quality toppings as well plus its not greasy like other places. The fresh cut fries were also awesome. Great food truck.

Excellent flavour and portions! The best place to go for a big juicy burger and fries. Have also tried the chicken cordon bleu and the fish 'n chips - both were excellent! Will keep going back for more.

What a great experience I had the philli cheesesteak and a medium poutine and wow was it good. It was so much food I couldn't even eat it all but I will save the rest to eat later. The fries are fresh cut and very good and the phili cheesesteak had amazing flavor and plenty of melted cheese. I highly recommend anyone passing by or who lives in trail to try this place.
