Kevin was amazing in fixing our furnace. His response time was much quicker than the other companies at about half their rate. He walked me through the step by step process of diagnosing what was wrong. It was our circuit board and he made the calls to find out if it was under warranty, which it was. He ordered and picked up the part, took care of the warranty, and had it installed in just over an hour. I would highly recommend Kevin and Boerham Heating.

We recently purchased a new (old) home knowing that the AC, furnace, and hot water tank would need replacing. Before that, I needed some help with my BBQ gas line and discovered Kevin (Boerham Heating and Cooling) via social media. Working with Kevin was like having a good friend or family member help out. From the moment we met Kevin he was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We as home owners find that a lot of time in Kelowna it doesn't really matter how much money you are spending on installing anything in your home, the service rarely matches what you should be getting. Installing a new furnace and hot water tank was a huge investment and we were so happy to give the work to Kevin. He made us feel so taken care of. He also is meticulous with his installation process and everything looks so neat and organized which me and my husband love! We even had a problem after it was installed (We must have accidentally messed up the settings and the heat kept going down to 18 on vacation mode) It was completely unrelated to Kevins beautiful job installing the furnace, but knowing it was cold out he dropped everything and came over to our house to do a full set of diagnostic testing on the unit. Kevin just installed a new furnace, AC unit and tankless hot water system for us.I had gotten other quotes from the big vendors in town that I felt were just not reasonable at all.Kevin was able to supply the same products without adding the huge markups.
