Can't say enough good things about Kissing Crows!!I was looking for a new bike and went to at least 5 different bike shops in Vancouver and Kissing Crows was easily the most approachable, inclusive, friendly, and attentive. They have great products, great service, and they know what they are talking about. I now have an amazing bike that fits me perfectly and I can't wait to take it on my summer adventures!

Kissing Crows is hands down my favourite cycling shop in Vancouver. From the minute you walk in, whether you're on a $10,000 bike or a Craigslist bar bike, the staff make you feel welcome and seen. I've been in there multiple times seeking everything from parts to servicing to advice and the folks there never disappoint. They really know their stuff and they are always happy to troubleshoot, providing solutions that work for a variety of needs and budgets. There's a great selection of bike touring gear as well as bike parts and accessories, and the folks there will always give you an honest opinion about what you need for what you're doing. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable bike people, they are also just plain good people (very kind and funny!) - every trip to Kissing Crows is a delight and I recommend this spot to all my cycling friends.

I've had an amazing experience with KC, actually, it's the best local bike shop I've visited.Service was excellent, the staff was super approachable and knowledgable, and they keep your name and bicycle on file with notes, so the team is prepped to help you with whatever you need. After having so many bad experiences in bike shops, it's obviously these folks really care.I bought a full bike (All City Super Professional), which we customized with a few components (all of which they had in stock). They helped make my dream bike a reality while being conscious of my budget (around $3k), and seemed just as excited about it as I was. I also had a bike fitting with Adam, who was so professional and easy to talk to.Overall, if you are looking for a shop to help make your road/gravel/commuter bike dream a reality, couldn't recommend them more.

Bought a White Industries headset here, matches all my Industry Nine components perfectly. Great prices, doubt you can find top brand stuff in Canada for cheaper, A+++ service.

Kissing Crows was a pleasure to deal with as they did their best to service my bike despite the lack of available parts and delays (outside of their control). I was very happy with the communication from staff and their willingness to make sure that at the end of the day I was satisfied. My wife and I have had our bikes serviced a few times at the store and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I went there to repair one side of my break. One employee told me the the part costs $37 and the installation fee is $20. The total fee is around $57 before tax. I told him I bought the bike for one hundred dollars something, how come the small part is so expensive, and he said that’s the price. So I said I need to think about it. Then I went another bike repair shop nearby Kissing Crows. They said the part is $15, after the installation, the total cost is $20. So I got my bike fixed at the other store and total just costed me $20. So I think Kissing Crows charges their customers too much money.

Had my first bike fit with Josh. After a few rides having myself adjust to the bike fit I have to say he did an outstanding job making sure that this was a personalized and informative experience. For the price-point of their fits and what you get from the experience I'd recommend kissing crows in a heartbeat for anyone looking to get a bike fit done.

This is the first time I went there and to be honest I was a little skeptical because of all the things they said needed to be fixed/replaced. But when I picked it up, I literally yelled out, This looks like a brand new bike." I couldn't wait to go for a ride. Thanks."
