I called them in the morning on a Saturday and not even 2 hrs later they were at my house fixing my problem. My drainage pipe for my sump pump froze on the outside. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and to the point. They also have normal prices and will not over charge you like most places will now a days. I highly recommend them! Thank you:)

I called and sent them text message several times to the correct phone number, but got never a response. Even I went to their address, left my phone number to a young guy (teenage). Still no response. What happened? Why always not responsive? Closing business? If you refuse my demand of service, you should let me know.

Fantastic service on all fronts! The owner (Danny) arrived on the day and at the time he said he was going to show up. He was there to look at our well system, provide an estimate, and schedule any required repairs. For reference, our water supply was erratic at best, and would often be reduced to a trickle after a few minutes' use. After troubleshooting our system, Danny found that the problem was a fouled pressure switch and partially depressurized tank. Rather than ordering parts and scheduling repairs to be done at a later date, given our lack of water he disassembled and rebuilt the switch and re-pressurized the tank (and also re-calibrated the flow) on the spot! Then he charged a very reasonable rate - it was so reasonable I offered to pay more because he went out of his way to help us deal with an immediate problem (he refused my offer). He also gave an very objective assessment of how long we could expect the repairs to last (ultimately both the switch and the tank will need to be replaced because they are decades old). He did this so we could plan for the future expenses. This company provides a level of service that is above and beyond what most companies in any service industry provide. Highly recommend!

I called Danny's Pump Svc to repair an issue with my well/jetpump, which lost pressure. He was too busy to come out, but he let me know the probable cause after I explained the symptoms, and he generously walked me through how to resolve the issue on my own. It turned out to be a clogged injector as he thought, and I have water flowing again after following his advice to resolve it. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could!

Danny and sons Steve and John helped us transition from a deep well pump system to a modern submersible pump system for our house on Chemin Garden in Aylmer. It needed upgrading because the pump, pressure tank, foot valve and galvanized fittings were all about to go kaput. Reliable, Responsive, Reasonable Trustworthy and professional are only some of the words that describe what a great job they did for us using the best of modern materials and workmanship. Further, we didn't even know where the well head was located but helped us locate it using modern technology and their years of experience. There is no problem this team cannot solve or overcome and they are wonderful to deal with. They are my well and water guys for life!John Cook
